What kind of files do you accept for artwork?
In order to get vivid images to be engraved onto your product, we require all images and logos to be of high quality.Logos and Artwork
We use only vectored images for engraving. When uploading images and logos, please send us:

Due to items being laser engraved according to the customer's specifications, customized items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Once an order has been placed, we start preparing it and the order cannot be cancelled. All sales of special order items are final.
We will be happy to correct any mistakes that are our fault on special order items, however, if the mistake was made by the customer, another order will have to be done, at the customer's expense.
So please double check all your entries for proper spelling, capitalization and layout choices. Once engraved, always engraved.
