Custom Embroidery
in Hollister, CA

Stitched logos that outlast the garment. Polos, jackets, hats, aprons, bags and workwear — digitised properly, sewn in-house, and proofed before a single needle drops.

What You Get

The finish that says the business is real

There is a reason a stitched logo reads differently from a printed one. It has weight. It survives the wash cycle that fades a print, and on a polo or a jacket it is simply what people expect a professional outfit to look like.

Embroidery starts with digitising — turning your logo into a stitch file that tells the machine every path, direction and density. Done badly, letters close up and edges pucker. Done properly, small text stays readable and the logo looks like it came with the garment.

We digitise, we stitch, and we show you a proof of how the design will sit on the garment before production starts.

Working with a logo that has thin lines or tiny type? Send it over before you buy garments — we will tell you what it will look like at chest size and what to adjust so it still reads.

What We Stitch

Garments that take embroidery well

If it holds a hoop, we can usually stitch it. These are the regulars.

Polos & button-downs

Left chest logos for offices, dealerships, clinics, restaurants and trades.

Jackets & vests

Softshells, fleece, work jackets. Chest logo, back name, sleeve detail.

Hats & beanies

Structured caps, snapbacks, trucker hats, cuffed beanies — see the Hat Bar.

Aprons & chef wear

Restaurants, coffee shops, wineries and food trucks. Name on one side, logo on the other.

Bags & totes

Duffels, backpacks and canvas totes for teams, events and welcome kits.

Workwear

Shop shirts and coveralls where a print would not survive the job.

Digitising, and why it decides the result

An embroidery machine does not read a JPG. Your artwork has to be converted into a stitch file — a map of every stitch, its direction, its density and the order it is sewn in. That conversion is the whole ballgame.

A rushed digitise is why some embroidered logos look thick and mushy: letters fill in, gradients turn into blobs, and thin strokes disappear. A careful one keeps small type legible, keeps the fabric flat, and holds its shape after fifty washes.

We digitise your logo once and keep the file. Every reorder after that stitches out identical to the first, and you are never charged to redo work you already paid for.

Getting the best result from your logo

  • Send vector art (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) when you have it — it gives the cleanest stitch paths.
  • Simplify before you shrink. Fine outlines and drop shadows rarely survive at left-chest size; we will suggest what to drop.
  • Expect a minimum practical text height. Very small lettering can stitch, but it needs the right thread and spacing to stay readable.
  • Tell us the fabric. Fleece, performance knit and canvas each want different backing and density.
  • Approve the proof carefully — placement and size are far cheaper to change before production than after.

Embroidery, screen print or DTF?

Embroidery wins on polos, hats, jackets and anywhere the garment is meant to look corporate or permanent. It is priced by stitch count, so a simple logo is inexpensive and a large detailed one costs more.

For big front graphics, photographic art or a run of soft cotton tees, screen printing or DTF transfers will look better and cost less.

Plenty of orders use both: embroidered left chest on the polos, printed backs on the tees, all from the same shop and the same artwork.

Common Questions

Embroidery FAQ

  • Do you charge a separate digitising fee? +

Your logo has to be digitised once before it can be stitched. We quote that with the order and keep the file afterwards, so reorders never pay for it again.

  • How small can embroidered text be? +

It depends on the font and the fabric. Bold, simple letterforms hold up much smaller than thin scripts. Send us the logo and we will tell you exactly what will still read at the size you want, before you commit to garments.

  • Can I bring my own garments to be embroidered? +

Yes. Bring or ship them and we will quote the embroidery labour on its own. We cannot replace customer-supplied garments if one is damaged in production, so tell us about anything unusual or irreplaceable first.

  • How long does an embroidery order take? +

Most custom apparel orders run about two weeks after proof approval. Larger runs or unusual garments can take longer, and we will give you a firm date with the proof.

  • Can you match my brand thread colours? +

We match thread to your brand colours as closely as the thread range allows and confirm the choice on your proof. Thread is a physical product, so it is a close match rather than an exact digital value.

  • Do you do names on individual garments? +

Yes — individual names on polos, jackets and aprons are common for teams, clinics and restaurants. Send us the name list with the order.
