Merch runs for small brands, shops and makers, plus apparel for campus groups, studios and events — printed without a case minimum, about 45 minutes away.
Santa Cruz has an unusual density of people running something small and their own — a brand, a shop, a studio, a band, a market stall. What that work needs from a printer is flexibility, not volume discounts on a thousand units.
So: no minimum. Twelve shirts to test a design is a real order. Full-colour artwork with gradients prints with no per-colour setup charge. And when the design sells, the reorder matches, because we keep the file.
We are about 45 minutes over the hill in Hollister, and everything is printed in our own building.
Testing a design before committing? Print a small batch, sell it, then reorder what moves. That is a much cheaper way to find out than a case of shirts in the wrong size.

Screen printing charges per colour and per screen. That is excellent value across five hundred shirts and terrible value across twenty — which is the size most independent merch runs actually are.
DTF transfers have no per-colour setup, so a full-colour illustration costs the same to run as a one-colour logo. They apply to cotton, poly and blends, and to light or dark garments alike.
If your run grows to the point where screen printing wins on price, we will tell you — and print it that way. See the honest comparison in our DTF vs screen printing guide.
It is roughly 45 minutes over the hill. Pickup is free if the drive suits you, and shipping is a next-day trip from us, free over $100.
Transfers ship flat and light, which makes them the easy thing to have arrive by post — a big reason decorators along the coast work with us rather than driving anywhere.
No. Twelve shirts, or one, is a real order. Screen printing setup costs make very small runs uneconomic, so we quote DTF alongside it and you pick whichever comes out cheaper.
Yes — that is exactly what DTF is for. Gradients, photographic detail and unlimited colours cost the same to print as a single-colour logo.
Yes, and plenty of people along the coast do. Build a gang sheet with our online builder, we print it, and you press to demand on your own blanks.

Yes — we keep your artwork on file, so a second run comes off the same source rather than being rebuilt.
