Plenty of apparel printers broker their DTF transfers out to third-party vendors, which adds shipping time to your turnaround and a middleman to any problem with the print. We run our own DTF printers in Hollister. That means we control the turnaround, we answer for the color, and if something needs to be reprinted you are talking to the people who made it.
For customers in Salinas, Monterey, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and the Salinas Valley, we are a short drive down the 101 or over the 156 — close enough to pick up the same day the order is finished. For customers in San Jose, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and the South Bay, we are 30–60 minutes south, and shipped orders land the next business day.

Everything we print is produced in that building, so Monterey Bay, Salinas Valley and South Bay customers can pick up the same week instead of waiting on a shipment.
Yes — local pickup is free and available during shop hours. Most local orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Pickup is the fastest option if you are in Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Gilroy, Salinas, Watsonville, Santa Cruz, or anywhere in San Benito County or the southern Santa Clara Valley.
Most Bay Area destinations receive shipped orders in 1–2 business days from when we drop them off (we ship USPS / UPS Ground from Hollister). San Jose, Santa Cruz, Salinas, Monterey, San Francisco, Oakland, and the Peninsula are all next-day or two-day from us. Free shipping on orders over $100.
Yes — we ship nationwide. Our local-pickup and same-region speed is a perk for Bay Area / Central Coast customers, but we work with customers across all 50 states.
Yes. For local Bay Area customers, you are welcome to drop off your own blanks (cotton, polyester, blends, hoodies, hats, totes — anything DTF can adhere to). DTF works on virtually any fabric, so we are flexible. Get in touch first so we can confirm fit and quote the print labor.

Hollister is roughly 35 minutes from Salinas, an hour from Monterey, and 45 minutes from Santa Cruz. We print DTF in-house at that Hollister shop, so you can drive over and pick your order up rather than waiting on a transfer that was brokered out to an out-of-state vendor.
