Most corporate merch is ordered in the wrong quantity. Somebody needs shirts for a forty-person offsite and gets quoted a case minimum, so they order two hundred and store a hundred and sixty of them in a closet forever.
We do not have a minimum. Forty is forty. Twelve is twelve. And because everything is printed and engraved in our own building, a small order does not get deprioritised behind somebody else's big one.
We are about fifty miles south of San Jose in Hollister — a next-day ship, or an hour's drive if you would rather see the work in person.

There are printers in San Jose, and for a same-afternoon rush job on a large run, closer is better. We are not going to argue otherwise.
Where we are worth the fifty miles: when you want a small quantity without a fight, when the order needs several different decoration methods, when you want the same shop to still have your files next year, and when you would like the person answering the phone to be able to change something.
No. Forty shirts is a normal order here, and so is twelve. Screen printing setup costs make very small runs uneconomic, so we quote DTF alongside it and you choose.

Shipping from Hollister to San Jose is a next-day trip for the carriers, and it is free on orders over $100. Production time is the part to plan around, not transit.
