Gilroy and Morgan Hill sit right on the other side of the hill from us. From downtown Gilroy it is a short run down Highway 25 to our door; from Morgan Hill it is around half an hour. That is closer than a lot of people's commute.
The practical result is that you get local-shop service — walk in, hold the garment, talk to the person who will run the job — without paying Bay Area prices or waiting on a shipment.
Everything is printed, stitched and engraved in our Hollister building, so the person you speak to is the person who can actually change something.
Ordering for an event with a fixed date? Tell us the date first. We would rather tell you honestly that it is tight than surprise you in week two.

Pickup is free and usually the fastest option for South Valley customers — the drive is genuinely short, and it removes a carrier from the timeline entirely. It also lets you check a large order in person before it leaves.
When picking up does not suit, shipping from Hollister to Gilroy or Morgan Hill is a next-day trip for the carriers, and shipping is free on orders over $100.

We are not going to pretend a shop in Hollister is a Gilroy business. What we can tell you is that we are about twenty minutes away, we print everything ourselves, and there is no minimum order.
If a job genuinely wants somebody on your street, we will say so. If it wants a shop that will make you one hat, print a photographic design without a setup fee, and answer the phone — that is us.

No. One shirt, one hat or one engraved gift is fine. Screen printing has a setup cost that makes very small runs uneconomic, so we quote DTF alongside it and let you pick.
Yes — multi-size, multi-name runs are routine. Send the roster and size list with your quote request and we will build it into the proof so you can check it before production.
DTF transfers are typically 1–2 business days; full custom apparel runs about two weeks after proof approval. Come to us with the event date and we will tell you plainly whether it fits.
